Another Day, Another Rejected Dinner.
Yes, I am picky when it comes to canned food. Always have been, always will be.
So when I don't want dinner, why does my mom ask me if I think cat food grows on trees? Or -- my personal fave -- do I think she is made out of cat food? It's not like anything goes to waste with that chub Izzy around.
I think it's time for her to get a clue and stop experimenting with new foods. I like the stuff with gravy and that's what I should get. And if I just eat the gravy part, so what?

I've been known to be a wee bit picky too, but I agree with ou, that's quite alright!

ReplyDeleteIvan, mums always get upset when we don't eat. They think we will starve or something. They think we care about the price of food too :/

ReplyDeleteShreds food never worked for our bunch, so it's pate for everything.
I mix in filtered water to make a sort of slurry, and that cats just lap it up.
Hope you snack soon, otherwise there is going to be a basketball-sized Izzy soon...
You eat whatcha like and that is that. When we get too picky we know not to push it as Dad will fridge it and there it is Again! Yeah, what a food bully

ReplyDeleteEven the humans have their favorites so your mom should get you your favorites and save herself the trouble. In her defense, she might stumble across something you really enjoy.
