Easy Like Four Days Of Mom.

Oh, we had the nicest long weekend. It got cold on Thanksgiving–it even snowed a little bit that night and the next day–so we got to snuggle a whole lot while Mom relaxed and read and watched a little TV. We even had a fire in the fireplace. Russell was particularly intrigued by that.

We had a whole bunch of birds visit–meezer birds and goldfinches and phoebes and all the usual suspects–all four days because Mom was extra careful to keep the feeders full. And she stayed close by except for taking two hikes in the foothills, something she hasn't done since we lived in the apartment a million years ago. I'm glad she did that since I'm pretty sure it added to the relaxing and snuggling time.

And, it was full moon on Saturday!

And Mom made Thanksgiving Parmesan fish, just for us!
