Does this ever happen to you? You're all snuggly and safe on your mom's lap watching TV and she's petting you and you're purring up a storm when suddenly she'll cover your eyes and say you're too little to watch what's going on?
What's up with that? I'm three now.
Usually the people are trying to get me to explain that kinda stuff to them... but I *am* almost 5 now...
ReplyDeleteusually my mommy covers her own eyes and says she's not old enuf to watch it. silly. - Sammy
ReplyDeleteLOFBO ("laffin' our fluffy butts off") - you tell her, William!
ReplyDeleteI wish my mom would have covered my eyes from the start. I think I watched my first "R-rated" movie when I was only a few months old!
ReplyDeleteI'm the product of an R-rated household...therefore, I can not be blamed for my actions and words. I'm only mimicking what I've seen on television!
Most of the times I's fast asleep and don't even know what is on the box that makes noise.

I's wishes my mama would cover my eyes, too. She wonders wheres I gets all my karate moves.
ReplyDeleteMy mom just thinks we're all asleep and so she doesn't cover anyone's eyes. We watch what we want, but make sure that if she looks that we have our eyes closed...
ReplyDeleteyou know, it's weird the things they choose that are "bad" to see. wouldn't you think that killin' and robbin' people and stuff like that would be the MOST BAD of all??
ReplyDeleteI don't like watching television with the human pet. I typically just sleep or go off into the garage. Isis, on the other hand, is all about watching the television, and if you haven't noticed, her brain is a little bit loopy from not enough stimulation.
ReplyDeleteYes, that clearly has to be the reason why she acts the way she does...
sometimes my mom trying the covers my eyes, the triller movies with big sound scare me! Sorry my english is not good! =^^=
ReplyDeleteMum doesn't cover my eyes, but then I thihks most of what she watches is rated "G".
ReplyDeleteWe mostly watch hockey. That's where Scout gets his moves. Also history channel & Discovery channel & that's where I get my brains. -Scooby
ReplyDeleteYou know, I didn't even think about watching the TV (except when the Yankees are on). When I lay on Mom I either fall asleep, or lay on her chest and look at her... then give her a facial (that woman does not know how to keep her face clean). Anyway, so that hasn't happened. Maybe I'll try looking at the TV from time to time.
ReplyDeleteAlso William I have to let you know that my Mom took some of your advice. Check out my recent post to see what it is! And Happy Belated Birthday if I didn't wish it to you last week!
