Eddie's Favorite Recipe.

Eddie wanted to share the recipe for Parmesan Fish because he says it's for moms too. Even though there's really no fish in the recipe, he loves these things because he likes bread. Me, I like the cheese part.

So here it is.
Frozen puff pastry sheets
FISH-SHAPED cookie cutter (Eddie note: You must use a FISH-SHAPED cookie cutter)
Grated Parmesan cheese
Parchment paper

Defrost the puff pastry according to the package directions. Cut the pastry with the FISH-SHAPED cookie cutter and place FISH SHAPES on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Add 2 tablespoons of water to the egg and beat to make an egg wash. Paint the wash over the FISH SHAPES with a pastry brush. Sprinkle cheese over the FISH SHAPES and bake at 375° until puffed and golden.

Mmmmm! Share FISH with your moms.

  1. oooh, my Mom says thanks for sharing. she said it sounds like a good "appetizer" whatever that is and will try it....what? oh, my Mom says that is a thing people eat before the main course, to "wet their appetite"....why would anyone want a wet appetite?humans are very confusing

  2. Mmmmmm, these fishies must taste good William. Please thank Eddie for providing the recipe.

  3. Oh No -- Mom doesn't have a fish cutter! Do you think it would matter if ours were shaped like a Christmas tree?

  4. Well, if you turn the tree shape sideways, it kinda looks like a swimmy fish. Mom Says these sound good.

  5. William - you can still play Secret Paws - we're going to do a second matching. Have your Mom send in the info by 12/15.

I'm going to make your fish treats for dinner tonight!

Wowee meowee.
