Our phone/ISP provider decided to stop our service after mucking up a simple upgrade order. It's been 13 days with no phone or internet access but we really are still here. Hopefully this will be resolved soon (Mom is posting this from a parking lot with wifi access.)
We'll be back for real any month now!
