Remembering Elliott.

We lost our bro Elliott about a month ago. We learned sometime back that he was probably about five years older than the shelter had originally estimated, which would have made him about 17 this year, and age just caught up with him. Our mom still misses his faithful morning greeting and his presence on her lap during couch time, the graceful way he walked and even his little crunchy ear. He was a very special boy who had a very special place in her heart.
We miss him too, but we all know he's with William and all William's clan, and all the friends he made while with us and who left before.

Rest well, bro. We'll see you again.

    Awwwwww! This is sad news. Even when a cat had lived a good long life, their parting still leaves a hole. We are happy that he got to spend his last years in a loving home.

    We are sending you purrayers ad you mourn Elliott. About a year ago an old boy with two crunchy ears just wandered up and has hung around. The vets estimated he is 10 or 11 but our human is old too.

    Oh, so sorry for your loss. Elliot had so many wonderful years with you. Hopefully this past year while you were not blogging you were able to spend extra quality time with him. We were able to do that with Raven, and it helped us know that she never felt alone.
