Just Like Mom.

I was going to do something, but I forgot what.

I learned that from my mom!

  5. TBT: When you forget something, whether to worry about it depends on your age. When I was in my 20s and forgot what I went into a room to get, I just laughed it off. Now, when I do the same thing, I'm worried about dementia.

The sme act causes different concerns.

I wish I was a cat. They never worry about why they are in a room.

  6. I figure when the housekeeper goes into a room and stands still, that's when she's forgotten what she went in there for. I do the same darn thing, but I'm checking for new smells and intruders. - Tom x

  8. OMC, that's soooo dad. I know it's not funny, especially since dad's mom was the same way, but sometimes dad forgets stuff so quickly it frustrates mom. Dad says it's a good thing his head's attached. Not sure what that means.
