Thanks for all your suggestions on our ant invasion. Clearly we've not been the only ones to suffer the annoyances of these universal pests.
Since Mom declared war and I've been on watch for strays, we think the situation is finally under control. At least Izzy has been comfortable enough to eat again — cod knows we wouldn't want him wasting away.

Glad to hear you're winning against the ants . . . I was late before but want to add that our human uses Hot Shot Kitchen Bug Killer. Whenever the ants gorge and go wild on our chow, she sprays it all over the floor and especially on their scent trails. We don't like the hissy spray noise but it seems to work--and as a kitchen spray, it's pet-safe and chow-safe.

ReplyDeleteGlad you have won the battle with those horrible ants! I haven't seen any indoors since I put down the ant bait stations, and the ants on the patio are few and far between now. There are still hordes out in the garden in various places but as long as they stay there......
