Another Disruption.
Mom got out the steam cleaner and cleaned the carpet. I know having a clean carpet makes her happy, but I hate that noisy machine. It's worse than the vacuum. It's worse than the vacuum running during a thunder storm! It's worse than the vacuum running during a thunder storm with fireworks nearby!
And really, what's the big deal with a few cat yak reminders here and there? YAK HAPPENS, MOM.

That cleaning stuff is totally unnecessary!

ReplyDeleteMy human would like to get rid of our carpet completely! I think that would be extra noisy and crazy. We'd have lots of supervising to do!
ReplyDeleteIzzy, I found cat yak in the litter box this morning...can you imagine? I think that is a violation of the Cat Code of Conduct, Section 3, Paragraph 15, Line 45: A cat shall only upchuck on carpeting, rugs, soft fabrics such as sofas and beds, heating vents, cardboard scratchers, and any other surface that causes the human servant to use elbow grease to clean up.

My cats are nauseated by the smell of a clean carpet. As soon as I clean it, someone barfs on it.

ReplyDeleteWe have one on those here. I sure sucks up a lot of dirt! But it smells afterwards for a couple days. And since our nosies are closer to the carpet, we notice it more.
ReplyDeleteTBT says he is gonna convert our last remaining carpet (except for the bedroom - he walks barepaw in there) to linoleum soon.
Mom has wall to wall throughout the house except the kitchen which is wood. I make sure as did Admiral and Robin and everyone else, to keep it decorated.
