I don't really think you would like cabbage, Ivan, and actually corned beef is not traditional for St.Patrick's Day in Ireland. They have bacon or lamb, but when bacon was hard to get the US Irish started to use corned beef instead.
Ivan, trust us, you don't want any cabbage! Too bad you didn't get any leprechauns to snack on...

ReplyDeleteThe corned beef we had was kinda dry and not very salty. It probably would have been better for kitties, but our HuMom didn't share.
