Overnight a blizzard warning was issued and will last until Saturday. Now, even though we ourselves have never experienced a blizzard, our mom has, and she says this is nothing. New Mexico's definition is apparently quite different from New England's definition, where she grew up. Nevertheless, this has put folks in a real tizzy, so we're glad no one has to go out for any reason.
Anyway, posting today instead of yesterday worked out well because today is our 14th blogaversary! Mom says it's hard to believe so much time has gone by since our old bro William began this. We are so thankful for all the friends we have met along the way.
The one good thing about all this white is that birds are easy to see! Have a great weekend, all!

ReplyDeleteI sometimes think that "blizzards" in parts of the US that aren't used to a lot of snow are worse off than us hardier folk. Everything seems to shut down quicker and everybody freaks out. It takes a LOT for us in Chicago to freak out. Stay warm!
