Elliott's Solstice Party.

Here I am celebrating in my second favorite place to nap, my rocking chair. There's a cool air vent right above too, and that's important in these hot days.

Party on!

  1. That is a pawsome place to nap and to celebrate the Summer Solstice! It appears to have everything you want and need and that is important.
We are purring that the summer heat gets here. The days are warm, but the nights are still coolish :/
    Good for snuggles though :)
    Happy weekend Elliott.

  4. I partied hearty too! Same way, but the cool airs were coming from the bottom of the wall.

  6. Happy Solstice one day late! Thanks for stopping by re: Nicki's peeing issue. Sorry it took so long for me to clue in I had comments waiting for moderation. LOL. I'm not getting email notification anymore (settings are the same, it's a Blogger issue), so I completely forgot I had to go into Blogger and manage them from there. :-/

Anyway, I hope all is well with everyone...take care!

    1. Yes, we wish Blogger had mentioned this to us--Mom spent hours trying to "fix" the notification issue, as coincidentally mail stopped appearing just as Oath (cute name, yeah?), aka AOL mail and Yahoo mail, tried to force us to agree to their reading our mail and she blamed them for the disappearance. You might also notice that you can see only 1K of comments on the Blogger dashboard now too. Thanks, Google. Remember, "Do no evil."

  7. Now that is exactly my kind of party. Elliott looks so perfectly comfy napping on your rocking chair and the cool air must feel great. If I had the choice I might spend every summer day this way, or at least part of each one. Well Elliott, I hope the rest of your summer is just as relaxing, and you continue to beat the heat.

    Sincerely,

  9. Looks like a perfect way to welcome summer. It's very hot here too (100+) but I stay out of the cold air blast. I have a few spots to sleep in that stay cool naturally.
