We saw the last of our resident hummingbirds a few weeks ago. A bit earlier than usual by temperature, but between hurricanes. Maybe those little birdbrains are smarter than we think.

ReplyDeleteFreezing outside here. Mum went out for a couple of minutes and came back in, her hands were all cold. She expected me to warm them up. I did.

ReplyDeleteFlynn used to love when the leaves were blowing. A reasonable substitute for the birds I would imagine.
