Well, with the strange and inclement weather we've had over the last several days, our new hummingbird feeders have been up, down and moved all over for safety. We were really hoping to keep them in the tree so they'd be shaded from the sun but that proved too risky in the winds we can never quite get a break from. So as of this morning we've got them hanging over the balcony.
As you can clearly see, we've been very good about waiting for the little birdies to see them again and come drink.
Well, at least for the time it took for this photo.
That's a really good group picture.
ReplyDeleteWe like bird watching too.
ReplyDeleteIt will be a while before the hummers come here.
It is still pretty cool! We are not happy.
Have a pawsome weekend and Happy Mother's Day to your mum :)Purrs Georgia,Julie and JJ
That looks like a fantastic viewing window to watch hummingbirds. I have a feeder in the back yard and enjoy watching the hummers zip around.
ReplyDeleteI wish we had a hummingbird feeder. But my human probably couldn't keep it up properly so it's just as well.
ReplyDeleteI like to watch the birdies too!
ReplyDeleteHere, they always give me a surprise. For example, Some of them eat fish.... my fish ! ...and some of them eats cat food !
I'm not joking, guys !
Y'all do look ready for the show to start!
ReplyDeleteHappy birdwatching kitties.

Me and mum do lots of bird watching too. Our orinch birds finally showed up this week.
ReplyDeleteWow, we would LOVE a hummingbird feeder here.
ReplyDeleteThanks for reminding us that we need to get our hummingbird feeders out!
ReplyDeleteAwww....you all look so cute together.
ReplyDeleteYou have a great spot there for bird watching with the sun puddles. Hope your hummers can find the feeders with them having to be moved around. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo and Cooper Murphy
ReplyDeleteWonderful spot for bird watching!!
ReplyDeleteWe have feeders up and have seen hummers a few times. But we think they flew off south a bit to escape the cold nights we've had lately. They should be back in a couple days.
ReplyDeleteI think I can practically see y'all drooling, too. I could sit in my window for hours on end watching all those feathered foods- I mean friends- out back.
ReplyDeleteTell your mommy happy Mother's Day from me and Mommy. xxxx
ReplyDeleteOh boy, birds!
ReplyDeleteHave a super Mothers Day...
