Izzy Gives Advice.
I don't think this temporary rug covering is going to prevent a certain little black boy from getting under it and attacking the seam where the two different carpets meet, Mom. He knows there's a bunch of Very Threatening foam padding under there.

ReplyDeleteMom just told Dad that I've never done anything to get in trouble, but if I did that, I might get scolded.
ReplyDeleteDepending on how wide the damage is, you may be able to have the carpet stretched so the seam is intact again and someone isn't tempted by little fringes.

ReplyDeleteYou ought to see the mess Ernie has made of the carpeting here. The mom wants to rip it all up and put in hardwood floors (we already have some hardwood).
