How To Prepare A Turkey, By Caroline.

First, get the turkey ready

Then, check for freshness

And finally, tenderize!

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! We'll be away tomorrow but back for Black Friday, starring Elliott (who's OK and thanks everyone who wished him well) and that little You-Know-Who (who's—well, you-know-what).
