We had a ferocious storm this afternoon, almost an inch and a half of rain around here in about 45 minutes, hail, wind, thunder and -- best of all -- lingering dark skies. That meant
no pictures. Woo hoo! It's also cooled down quite a bit and maybe we won't have to hear
"It's too hot for cats" if we join Mom on the couch later.
She actually says "it's too hot for cats"? Clearly, she has a fever and isn't feeling well to say such things!
ReplyDeleteWish we would get some rain!
ReplyDeleteSheesh, we think you kitties should ALL just pile on your Mom!
ReplyDeleteHeat or not!
Good to hear it is cooler though. Hope it lasts.
It is cooler here so we need to pile on our mom ;)
MOL!
Purrs Georgia and Julie,
Treasure and JJ
Good that you got rain. It's never too hot for cats!
ReplyDeleteWhat?! It's NEVER too hot for cats! It sounds like you had an exciting day.
ReplyDeleteWe agree - she actually said it's too hot for cats????????? WHAT?
ReplyDeleteHa. It's never too hot for cats! Hmpf. We think a bitey is in order. Better yet, a scream-y from Caroline.
ReplyDeleteHmm, yeah...it's hard to take photos of black cats in the darkness, must agree there. Also agree with the other comments...a human's lap is supposed to have a cat in it, at all times!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like quite a storm! Glad all is well, and you can be on Mom's lap again. :)
ReplyDeleteVocês tiveram uma tarde bem barulhenta; nós também tivemos granizo essa semana e ficamos com muito medo do barulho.
ReplyDeleteHow can it ever be too hot for cats?
