Thursday Wrap-Up.

Here I am with my favorite toy, Jack. He's fun to chase all over the house. If I push him down the stairs, I can carry him back up all by myself like a good boy. I like to bite on him, too.

Sometimes my hissy sister thinks Jack wants to play with her but he doesn't. Besides, when she pushes him down the stairs, she leaves him there! It's no wonder I am his favorite playmate.

Anyway, have a great weekend, everyone! I hope you all get treats for Valentine's Day!

  6. Ugh, I pushed the wrong thing and lost my comment! Well, I was just saying I am more like Caroline and leave my toys lying around. Bad me.

  7. Hey Buddy, Of course Jack likes you best!

Um, you don't think Screamoline is mad at me for what I said yesterday, do you? I mean, I wasn't really myself, you know?

  11. I think Caroline needs to learn how to play with Jack properly. You must bring your toys back up the stairs where they came from.

I was catching up with your blog and just read about Charlotte not working out. I can appreciate how hard that must be for your Mom, but also understand why it was the right call. Hopefully she finds a home that is the right fit for her.

    Happy Valentine's Day!

  12. I'm sure Jack appreciates your extra care and attention. Unfortunately at our house, Louie is forever fishing toys out of the toy box and depositing them all over the house.
Happy Valentine's Day! Headbutts all around.

  15. Happy Valentine's Day, Caroline Darling, William and Mom too! I am still a little discombobulated from my crazy week--I am hoping that by the end of the weekend I will be be all chillaxed and calm again. The Human says I backslid a little today in the agitation depatment. Sigh--well, if *she* wouldn't cart me off in the PTU to the Stabby Place, *I* would not be getting agitated! Am I right????

  18. Jack sounds like the best toy. But I bet Nicki and Derry would leave him too. LOL. Well, Derry anyway.

Thanks for the comment re: Nicki. The ER vet had said Prednisolone *is* a form of antihistamine. ?????? And at the time she didn't see a need to give anything. I'm trying not to stress him out more by taking him back to the ER unless things seem dire. He has an appt on Tuesday with his regular vet, but I would call first thing on Tuesday AM and take him then if possible. He ate a little bit, not much, for an early breakfast in the wee hours (I was up around 2:30AM), but nothing interests him now, other than Temptations. And he's getting double his normal ration of Lysine treats. His breathing/respiration are okay for the moment, I'm not seeing the open-mouthed breathing of yesterday, though he still has occasional sneezes and snuffles. I don't want to attempt nose drops again, he's not keen to have me touch his head now...or even come too close for that matter.

  19. It isn't easy to find a great toy, so we understand that you would feel possessive toward it.

  20. Hi Buddy, We want to thank you for all your nice visits and comments during my no-good week. I think I am just about back to maybe 85% of normal (though really, what does "normal" mean anyway, ha ha meow!)
