The Diagnosis.

OK, so my mom has all but moved into her bathroom to tend to her ills. We have decided that she has a food allergy and that she was too sick (or dim) to realize. We don't want her pulling an Elvis over this, so we're giving her a break on our posting and visiting until she's better.

Let's hope that's soon, OK? All her ministrations are very disrupting to us!

  1. Poor Mom. Our humans have a friend who just had to go to hospital because of diverticulitis. Think your Mom ought to see a gastroenterologist doctor, as true food allergies more often cause rashes, hives, eczema, etc. Good luck, William's Mom. We will purr for you lots!

  5. "Pulling an Elvis"!!! Although we're pretty sure he had the OPPOSITE problem your Mom is experiencing...

Get well soon, WMD Mom--our Mommy has IBS so she can sympathize. Purrs.

  7. I hope your human is seeing a doctor about this - food allergies can be really dangerous! Or any allergy, really - my human is allergic to aspirin so badly that it could kill her! I hope your human is better soon.

  8. Poor Mom! Maybe the sickness is why she got so crazy-nutty about those stairs? Geez, poor dear--be nice to her now. Purr and stuff and nudge her once in awhile so she doesn't lapse into a coma or nuffing and leave you to STARVE.

  12. Hope your Mommy is feeling better, William. Tell her that even though I will SUFFER HORRIBLY if I don't see Caroline tomorrow, I will "offer it up" as the nuns used to tell the Human when she was a little girl. She never zacklee understood that.

  13. Give her room. The Beins usually recover from those tummy troubles. They are weak about that in one way but pretty sturdy in the long term.
