Thursday Wrap-Up.

So the weather's nice enough now where we can have the sliding door and windows open a lot. I'm keeping an eye out at the door because you just never know what fun stuff you'll see. There's a big old iridescent green scarab-looking beetle out there, but he got stuck in a spider web and I guess got too sticky to get away. And even though he's not moving, he is fun to watch.



Poor Russell was a victim of a stealth troll box action early this morning and was whisked away to get his annual checkup and shots. I guess there were two new "assistants" in training over there and I guess they just weren't very good with the whole thermometer thing. Now, when Dr. R came in to see him she didn't suspect a thing, but it's obvious to both me and Russell that those two so-called assistants were really aliens who did stuff to him! And clearly Dr. R is under their spell, too! I've already alerted Sammy because this is important stuff to know. And I'm going to watch Russell closely to make sure there are no weird changes or sudden disappearances or anything.

Well, I sure hope we can have a quiet weekend. Hope you have the same!
