Weather Advisory.

Well, we're in the middle of some giantly windy storm, very powerful and very loud. Caroline spent her time sneering at it...when she wasn't hiding, that is.

I just watched leaves flying all over the place all day long! That was pretty exciting. My mom even moved things on the balcony so our stuff wouldn't fly away.

We're all pretty relieved that we're no longer in danger from mammoth tree branches like at the old place. But you know what? At some point, our neighbor's trash bin blew right into our garage door! That made a racket, all right!

At the end of these terrible winds, we're supposed to get snow. I can't wait!

See you next week, everybody! Have a magical weekend!

  1. Yeah, your storm might bring us some white stuff too on the weekend. Mum says she isn't that worried.

  4. It's too early for rotten weather like that. Winter comes too soon and leaves too late!

  5. Hope your windyness is all over. We've had some bad ones here recently. The glass sliders that face the lake shudder and moan. And there's wind inside, too.

  7. I heard on the news that you were going to get severe winds today. I hope that everything survives intact. We got some wind, but not that much up here. I bet we get more snow, though. I love the picture of Caroline sneering.

  8. The high winds in your area even made our weather news in Ontario! Sounds pretty scary to us, we hope they've died down now.

  9. We saw about the extreme winds out west on TV. We hope it is now over for you guys and that everybody is fine. May your snow be just a little bit! Mother Nature sure has been a bit of a freak this fall!!! Our area is still a mess with tree limbs to be cleared, and trees needing cutting down from the crazy October 30th storm here in the northeast. Not to mention hurricane Irene's flooding damages. Hoping for a mild winter!!

  10. We like to watch the leaves flying around in the strong winds too. We don't go outdoors though when they are very strong because it makes us run around with our bellies on the ground.

  18. The coppery cat with blue eyes is beautiful....in fact you have a lovely variety of pretty cats if the others in the posts are yours. :)
I love all cats but my favorite ones are the exotic Highland Lynx. You can see some of them at the Shepherd's Lair Bobtail Cats. Merry Christmas to all! :)

  19. You look forward to snow? My beans gripe and moan so much about it I can't enjoy it myself. Except for how cool it is that I can see the birds so much better on a background of white...

I hope you all stay warm and safe!
