Weekend Wind Down.

We slept for most of the weekend. Except for watching my bird friends at the feeders, of course.

It wasn't as freezy as we thought it was going to be so we got only one snuggling and napping day with Mom. Today she was sequestered in the craft room making special gifts for my cousins and us. She wouldn't let us in to see though and said we'd just have to wait. Is it any wonder then that we went back to napping?

  1. You have raised an interesting point - why are the humans surprised that we nap the day away when they are not willing to keep us constantly entertained?

  2. We spent most of the weekend napping too. We didn't want to go for a walk in the cold.

  3. Napping is always good, but especially good when it's cold out.

  4. It was a good weekend for napping. And today feels like a good day for napping too. Who are we kidding? Everyday is a good day for napping!

  5. Awwww! You and Caroline look so cute near each other.

Wow! I'll bet the suspense waiting to see what you mom is making for you must be really awful! Maybe Russell could zoom in there when she opens the door to come out and take a peek ;)

  6. Secret presents, that sounds good ... not unless she's making Christmas costumes for everyone.

  7. You had the right idea! We slept all weekend, too. 'Course that's what we usually do anyway.

  8. Napping and watching birdies, sounds like my weekend too. And no mum didn't bring me anything from her shopping. I saw everything she brought home, none for me.
