Sigh.

Well, we'll be offline for about a week. Some ISP–let's call them, oh, AT&T–got a little overzealous with our cancellation order and cut us off mid-evening last night (days in advance!!!). Our Aunt M was kind enough to let us borrow her pc and connection so we could let you know. We should have service again in about a week, so see you then!

  2. Sheesh! They better not bill you for those days you won't have service. About as bad as Uncle Mo having to wait weeks to get a cable moved and installed from downstairs to upstairs.

  8. Obviously, someone in customer service (India) didn't understand. Should they send you a customer service survey in the mail, perhaps you can insert a note from Caroline.
