Easy Like Fall.

I love this time of year. There are some colorful leaves from all over dancing in my yard. So even though our tree is one of the last to turn, I still have weeks of entertainment!

  2. I have lots of leaves to watch yet too. Most of the trees haven't turned and dropped their leaves.

  8. Watching the leaves dance is lots of fun. I don't have any trees in my little yard, but I am getting plenty of leaves, just the same.

  9. We love watching the whirling leaves too.

The only thing we don't like about this time of year is the cold rain!

  10. Our trees are beginning to change and it is fun to go on the deck and chase them! We also like to whack the acorns that fall too. They are toys that fall from trees.

  12. Look close and you might see fairies dancing in the leaves.

Momma gave Mittens some butter, but she turned her black nose up at it.

Be careful around Halloween, William. Momma says the shelter doesn't adopt out black cats around Halloween. Momma says she wishes she had room for a black boy, like you. There is a real sweetie at the shelter, his name is Indigo and he reminds Momma of you.
