Well, it snowed again today and we still have bits of it left. It's been very cold, too. It would be good if we could have a cat pile to keep warm while we wait for Mom, but somebody always spoils it. Well, OK, two bodies always spoil it.
Anyway, so far we've all been able to escape the annual try-to-dress-us-up-in-something-for-Halloween thing, mainly because of the modem problems that Mom has been trying to fix (it's stable again for the moment), but I know it's coming. Can you tell how I feel about this?
I'm looking forward to Dia de los Muertos on the first, though! I've got some fun ideas of how to decorate our altar, and I hope you all think about celebrating too. See you then, and stay warm, everyone!
Frozen????? Snow?????????????
ReplyDeleteWhat's going on here! We live up north and should be colder than you ;)
Mind you, we really don't want any of that white stuff, heehee
See ya at the wedding :)
Purrs Mickey
It snowed in NM already? You live in the mountains?
ReplyDeleteBrrrrrr..
I have high hopes I will not be dressed for this year...
ReplyDeleteWe got a bunch of that snow, too, William. Ours melted except for the bits that are in areas that are always in shadow. It has been really cold. Stay warm and try to avoid the costumes. Tell your Mom that you don't need a costume, as black cats are already ready for Halloween.
ReplyDeleteI think this weekend is going to be the last good weekend for us :(
ReplyDeleteOhh well.... Also could you give me a "meow" at: webmaster@petcareeducation.com
Thanks!
Get a nice blankie to get inside,
ReplyDeletefrozen is not a good condition.
Global cooling, if you ask me. The only places it is getting warmer seem to be the North and South pole! It is "unseasonably cool" at our house too, though no snow. Time for under the covers!
ReplyDeleteTell your Mom she can dress up your sibs for Halloween, but you already have your costume on!
Make the humans get you an electric blankie!!
ReplyDeleteWow, snow? We've had unseasonably warm weather these last few weeks. It's been more like summer/spring then autumn
ReplyDeleteYeah, you look...thrilled about it all :)
ReplyDeleteYour just thrilled about getting costumed up aren't you?
ReplyDeleteCold crappy weather here too. It's been real windy and we get restless in the wind.

ReplyDeleteWilliam, we LOVE Dia de Los Muertos! It's one of our favorite days. We have an alter that we maintain year-round in our house. This time of year we decorate it with candy skulls and marigold flowers.
ReplyDeleteHope your snow melts today and you can warm up! Purrs, Raymond and Busby
As long as your mom doesn't try to dress you up as modem and plug you in, you should be okay.
ReplyDeleteStay warm.
SNOW??? WTH? How could it be snowin dare? What a great profile of yur beauteeful nose. Yoo could warm da hearts of efurryone and make some heat in dat cold wif dat cute face.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, tomorrow is one of those "Try-Ta-Dress-Us-Up days. The main one of the year, actally. It never werks...
