I bet my true mom was babysitting Isabelle's tiny litter when this picture was taken. When she'd get home from hunting, Mom would take the box of babies into the living room and read the paper and let Isabelle and I visit and play. (After Isabelle had the babies, I got to roam the house while she and the kids had their own private room. This was to prevent me from thinking the new kids were toys or something.)

That is a very sweet picture. And yes, it is easy to confuse kittens with toys.

A nice window view.
ReplyDeleteNice of your true mom to give you time with your fur mom Isabelle. Ahh, I can almost smell the green tree by your window. Such a nice climbing type tree. Isn't that one you and your sister climbed before your true mom found you?
