We got some rain, too, and now it's turning rather cool. I may have to close my windows tonight. I like your snail friends. We just have slugs around here and I don't like them at all.
in some countries those snails are considered a delikacee. i prefer spiders myself, not as gooey. ha haha

I think napping is the smartest thing to do :) We have had visits from some snail families this summer too!! It was a first,but then we've had a lot of rain this summer ;) Purrs Mickey

Snails are ok, but they sure don't present much of a challenge if you want to catch one.
