Once again the weather foiled my mom's roofing plans. It got cold overnight and we were supposed to get a storm, so she put all the tools and shed stuff back into the garage and instead stayed in and let us play and visit and snooze in the craft room while she did some stuff in there. By about noon the weather seemed OK although still cool and breezy, so we snoopervised while she put up the cross supports. Then we could see rain clouds getting closer, so everything got moved inside again. After dinner, the sun was back out and Mom went out to seal up the beams, but we gave up. The girls napped and I gave Russell a bath.
Get him!
ReplyDeleteGood snoopervision. Ya don't want the Beins ta make a mistake wif a roof. Ya'd get wet!
ReplyDeleteThat's pretty nice of you...
ReplyDeleteLooks like a head lock to me!

Leave a little fur on his head, OK william?
ReplyDeleteGreat headlock on your brother William. Was it a forced bath?
ReplyDeleteRussell doesn't look like he was very enthused about that!
ReplyDeleteJust like those girls to be napping when Russell's head is all stinky and needs a bath. It sure is lonely at the top...
ReplyDeleteYou guys just have to come by here one of these days for a while - we always have sunshine!!!
ReplyDeleteRussel looks REALLY big to me.....
All that threatening rain must have put you into the mood for a bath! Russell probably needed it!!
ReplyDeletePurrs Mickey
A bath with a head lock!
ReplyDeleteWowie, that doesn't look like a nap!
ReplyDeleteI'm just impressed they're puttin' up a roof! Great Headlock!
ReplyDeleteWhy don't you put Wussell out in the wain? Then you don't have to bother about giving him a bath. Just wet the wain do it!
ReplyDeleteWilliam, you are entirely too good with Russell. You must make your mom very proud of her tiny boy. I'm glad you got some mom time.
ReplyDeleteThat forced bath headlock looks like a move you could patent...
ReplyDeleteNot so easy like a Sunday, then. We could have used some bad weather here because Mom and Dad were out in the yard for about nine hours! Plus they were out there Saturday too. Hopefully your mom will get that project done soon so she can hang out with you guys more. And good for you for giving Russell a bath ... little brothers need baths.

I hope your Mom is able to finish that roof soon William. Sometimes projects can drag on for just too long!
ReplyDeleteDid Russell appreciate his bath? I would have joined Olivia and Carolina in a nap.
i hope the weather gets nicer so your mommy can finish her project. beans get frustrated when they get held up.
ReplyDeleteit looks like you're a great bath giver!
