Sort Of Close.

First off, I have to thank my bud Edsel for thinking about me. This was a real treat to get it twice!

Secondly, about the paint adventure. Mom says this is tolerably close, although not the original plan. We did try red because it's my favorite color, but I think I distracted Mom from really thinking about everything else. It just didn't work in that room. And the other wall color is still in flux but I think Mom's about painted out after the 92 coats on both...for a few days, anyway.

We did have enormous good fun helping, though, and wouldn't mind doing it again. Russell managed to move the tarp enough to colorize the baseboard in places. I know Mom thought that was very helpful. Me, I just decided to stick to jumping on him every time he burrowed under it.

In some light it kinda matches my eyes.

  1. Hey, that looks spiffy! Red would have been cool, but sometimes it's just RED, ya know? I want the People to paint the bathroom red, but they keep saying we're not allowed. I think they're just lazy.

  2. I think that is a neat color. I still would like to see kitty paw prints, but you know beans. She'd never go for it!

P.S. Yes, Mom tried to make a little me. ;-)

  10. That is the same color of our living room and it's pretty much the same color as me! Mom says if I ever stood still she wouldn't be able to see me!

  13. Cat eye colors ... now that's a good suggestion for painting a room. One wall would be meezer blue, another gold, another green.

Anyways, the big room looks good.

  14. Your mom's wall is awesome William! She sure did a good job painting the 92 coats. Our walls are white because our mom cannot make up her mind what color to use.

  19. The color she has is nice. It adds a little extra visually, you know?
If she had stuck with the red you could have advised her on some new red accent pieces. We are sure she trusts your taste in these matters.
