Temptation.

So we did a little decorating this weekend. I helped Mom put up our little tree yesterday, but by last night she had to move it to the room we're not allowed in without supervision because I couldn't help myself with the berry garland again! She put it back out in the living room today but she put it on a box so I can't easily reach the berry garland. Notice I said easily.

My sibs and I got our shopping done. We got toys for our cousins and each other and I got Mom a book I really really want her to read to me. I can't tell you what it is yet, because I don't want to spoil the surprise in case she sees this, but it's something she's never read and it's about a spider and a pig and there's a movie out about it too.

I tried and tried to think of a fun contest to celebrate my 500th post, but the anticipation of berry garlands pretty much distracted me. So maybe by the time my second bloggiversary comes around on December 28 I'll have thought of something.

  4. I really like your new header ... Mom and Dad considered putting our tree under glass after we wouldn't leave it alone, but now we're just sleeping under it. They just have to realize that we need to get it out of our system and then we'll leave well enough alone.

  7. I say, get the rest of the gang to help you reach the berries. If you climb onto one another, in pyramid fashion (like cheerleaders), I think it should be quite simple.

Just make sure you are at the top of the pyramid!

  8. I see absolutly no problem getting to the garland on that tree. Just make it horizontal!

  10. Nice new header, Wm! And I see your tree doesn't go all the way to the floor. Is that so no one will bother the ornaments at the bottom? With Misty so young, Mom said "no tree" this year.

  11. I think it's terribly unfair of the humans to try and keep us away from those great toys.

  13. No berries on my tree either. But I see your mum put your tree up on a little box too. I can stretch up and get at it, but not as easily.

    Like your new header too!

  15. We likes to eat the berries too, they are berry berry good. I likes to eat the red ones and the gold ones. I licks em and licks em til they don't got colors no more, now they is white berries. When you get to the white part, they kinda lose their flavor and then they are boring, so I leaves them alone. Mama feeded us a new candle rangement today wiff gold berries on it. Oh, and a few white ones I left from LAST year.

    Luv Taz

ps our Mama gives us fake pointsitters too. I still likes to eat em though. I likes to eat ebberrything.
