New Rules.

I had to tell my mom no more bananas. A few weeks ago she got a bunch at the mom food store and do you know what? That bunch must have had a mommy fruit fly and a daddy fruit fly living in it, because now we have a squillion fruit flies! I can't get them all, plus, there's just no incentive. It's not like they're big enough to pass as a snack or anything.

And not only that, I don't like bananas. They smell funny and make my nose get all crinkled up. But I'm thinking I'd make an exception if they had a mommy moth and a daddy moth living in them. That I could deal with.

  4. I really prefer a nice, crunchy spider for a mid-afternoon snack. Fruit flies are much too small.

  6. Momma read us a story in the paper about a woman who was washing out some red grapes and found a black widow spider in the sink. Her kids adopted it and named it Lily.

  7. Even though I hate bananas too, Squilliam, I always pretend I like them just to tick my agent off.

My quest for the peel is the reason she can't just sit on the couch with the peel on the coffee table...she has to immediately throw it away.

    It's our fun little game.

  9. Hi! My mommy luvs banannas. They are so stinky though. Mommy keeps them in the fridge to keep the flies away. The peels turn icky brown, but the inside is still "good" (according to her...)
