With all the Thanksgiving excitement, William – too busy baking, I guess – forgot to announce my adoption anniversary! Because Mom doesn't know when I was actually born and I can't remember, we decided to celebrate both on the same day, like many of my friends do. It was a whole year on actual Thanksgiving, so that on top of turkey made me three times thankful!
Me lounging in my bro's window.
Eddie's sweetie pea's mom came by and gave me all kinds of toys, including a very neat Cat Cuddle Coil. Of course, you can see who got to it first and then hogged it for about a squillion years and then squashed it flat. It's a good thing Mom knows how to get it back into the right shape so I can get to play with it some day. Thanks, Aunt M!

And speaking of Eddie's sweetie pea, Shilgiah finally got her own blog! Drop by and visit when you get a chance: Shilgiah the Huntress

Oh, and P.S. I'm three-ish. Or maybe four-ish. I just don't know. But I think I like three-ish better.
Happy Purrthday Caroline. William is just being a typical boy cat. Messing with the toys.
ReplyDeleteI also stopped by your cousin's blog too and said hi.
Zeus is my reason for the season (did I get that right?) ...
ReplyDeleteWm., if it weren't for your eyes, I wouldn't see a thing inside that Cuddle Coil you took over from Caroline!

ReplyDeleteHi Caroline,
ReplyDeleteI helped by telling mom what you might like for your birthday. Mom said it was great seeing all of you yesterday. Have a good week. People have to go back to work.
Happy Purrthday Caroline! We're glad you're here! It is nice of you to "share" your coil with my twin. I'm sure he didn't mean to squish it...
ReplyDeleteThat's just like a brother, to hog your new toy! Happy gotcha anniversary, Caroline!

ReplyDeleteI remember when you were adopted - it was just after I started reading cat blogs but before I started my own!

ReplyDelete3 1/2, so we're the same! It's a good age to be, isn't it? We're so glad you found your forever home.

Sweet Caroline, you don't look a day over two-ish!
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't surprise me that "someone" took over your new toy. Let's just say his name starts with a "Squ..." and ends with a "...illiam."
Happy Anniversary/Birthday!
