A Celebration Too Brief.

I think Max sought out my Aunt M. because he knew she would take him in, keep him safe and care for him for as long as he needed.

It turns out his need was so small. Max went on to his 10th life this afternoon.

We'll all see you later, little cousin, and I'll teach you all those boy cat secrets just like we planned.

  1. Oh man. I'm really sorry. I hope he gets to the Rainbow Bridge and finds my dog Hank. Hank will play with him and teach him stuff and probably introduce him to the Cat Who Came Before Me.

It's good your Aunt M was there for him when he needed someone the most.

  2. I'm sorry Max has gone away. This makes me sad. The psycho Max is right though, he was well cared for in his time of need.

  6. Oh Wm, purrs for your Aunt M, I'm so sorry. She did a good thing that will not be forgotten. I hope Max gets to hang out with psychokitty's Hank and gets to meet my woofy, Ragamuffin. He likes kitties and he'll look after Max.

  8. We're so sorry, Aunt M., William and William's Mom. Thank goodness we all have the Rainbow Bridge to look forward to!! Otherwise, things would be just too sad. I hope Max gets to meet my Kiki, Dusty, and Tigger. They were wonderful kitties.

  9. That's so sad, William! Aunt M. was the best for being there when he needed someone. I hope she was with him when he passed. He can also play with my cousins Buster and Clinger, and my older sibling I never knew, Boots. There were also the dogs Sandy and Tanner. LOTS of company! Diva Kitty said it best: "Good night, sweet prince." (Sleep well!)
