Sibling Rivalry.

Olivia does not like Russell. If he gets close because he wants to play, she and her kangaroo get all puffed up to nine times their normal size! Frankly, that even scares me.

Anyway, I don't know how many times I've told her that he's here kinda forever and some day she's gonna get all puffed up and freeze that way!

it's hard to accept a new family member. i'm very impressed with how you, William, have accepted Russell into your home. you almost seem to like him

Really??? As the smallest cat 'round here, I wouldn't mind my puffed up look to freeze that way! At the very least, Donny can start taking me seriously, and stop pickin' a fight with me!

Maybe Olivia will make friends eventually. We would not want her to be puffed up forever.

Aww, that's a shame - but hopefully she'll come to like him soon because she'd look very peculiar if she was a puffed up kangaroo forever:) xxx

That is amjor bummer that your Mom can't have a picture on her computer desktop at work. Hopefully she can have a regular picture on her regular desktop!

NINE times its normal size! That is one kangaroo I would NOT mess with. Even Bendrix sayz no way.
I'm sure she'll get used to him. Bendrix sayz it is just that the boy/girl balance of power is shifting and she doesn't like it...I say just go with whatever the big girl kangarookitty sayz.

My mum wants to thank you for the purrs and good thoughts after her Very Bad Day on Wednesday. She has recovered slightly now and her colleagues bought her some chocolates to show their support. The repercussions of The Incident are still going on and one of her class has been expelled from the school and that is a Good Thing.

I do so hope that situation gets worked out! Maybe she'll listen to you, Wm.

P.S. There's an award for you at my blog!

Dear oh dear, another cat in the house. I don't like the sound of that. No wonder you are upset.

It can be tough bringing in a new sibling, so I feel for Olivia and her little kangaroo, but one day she'll figure out that Russell isn't that bad. Come on, he's orange for crying out loud!

That would be terrible to be all puffed up and frozen that way!!

Hmm, maybe that's why Momma's jeans don't fit.
