Because it's been rainy and chilly here, Mom decided to have soup for dinner. I guess it was some new kind she hadn't tried before. One taste and she said it wasn't very good. Since that sometimes happens with us when we get new food, I told her, "Mom, do what I do with stuff I don't really like. Just eat the gravy part and leave the rest."
And, can you believe it? That's exactly what she did!

ReplyDeletethat was very good advice William. my Mom has been makin' homemade soup 'cause it's gettin' chilly. she has a real good turkey meatball soup recipe if your mom would like it. it's yummy!
ReplyDeleteThat's great advice! I only lick the gravy part anyway. I don't really like wet food. My mom has been making all kinds of soups lately. Huggy and Maggie love to like the bowls. They are so silly.
