Fear And Loathing In Monsoon Season.

Elliott here!

OK, so I'm staying under the table today, but yesterday was stormy all evening and all night with rain and lightning and very scary thunder!

It was not the least bit fun and I had to hide, all evening and all night. I couldn't sleep a wink, either.

  1. Oh poor baby!
Maybe you could snuggle with your Mom.
We;re sure she will protect you.
    But guess what? You survived!
    Now,have a good long nap!

  2. Under the bed I find is a very good place if anything is going on.

  3. Poor baby. Sometimes the scary part gets lessened if you cuddle with a human, just saying....always works for Buster.

  4. We have scary thunder nearly every day, so we empathize. We hope it ends soon.

  5. What a bummer, Elliott! And you get some pretty loud storms in New Mexico - my human has been there during one of those! Unlike us kitties, she thought it was pretty awesome.

  6. We have Fear and Loathing here, too. I have to hide behind the toilet, where it's safe.

  11. Yikes, the look on your face says it all pal. I do hope you can get more sleep tonight! Hope those scary storms go away soon and stay away.

  12. Elliott, does Caroline get quiet during the storms? Maybe there is a silver lining...lol! Angel hides in the corner of the bathroom during storms or fireworks, while Chuck pretty much ignores the noise. But one little ring of the doorbell sends him scurrying!

  13. Elliot I hope that things are better for you today. We aren't afraid of the thunder, but hate the sound of the rain on the roof of the sunporch.
