Do. Not. Laugh.

Just when I thought my mom had gotten over this costume thing, this.

Well, I clawed it off immediately before Russell or Caroline got any idea that I was actually edible. Thankfully, Mom put the costume box away shortly after.

Tonight we are laying low or maybe even hiding. It's pretty quiet where we live now, but you just never know. Plus, I want to rest up for Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) tomorrow! We'll share that next week.

In the meantime, stay safe tonight, have a Happy Halloween, and have a wonderful weekend!

  11. William, such indignities! But face it, you look simply smashing no matter what...such a handsome boy! Russell could not have rocked that costume the way you did...

  14. Ummmm, we'd be lying if we wrote that we're not laughing, sorry. Thank cod our human doesn't even attempt that with us.

Thanks for stopping by. Yeah, a rat trapped in a coffee can is a good description. We know that even new builds (never mind our 30-year old townhouse) have this problem--cr*ppy construction, built to the absolute minimum code. Our human has been teetering on the edge for a while now, her personal resources used up, and hopes this truly will help significantly. If not, we're all in deep doo-doo! :-D

  18. I'm terribly disturbed to hear CAROLINE was made to wear such an undignified chick-hen suit. ::shudder::

She needn't worry just because I have a Blue Pillow Friend....well, actually it *would* be quite flattering if she *did* worry a little.

  19. Oh dear, so undignified! We feel your pain.

  20. Mum got home late on Halloween, so no hiding for us and no handing out of goodies to kids at the door this year.

  21. Uh-oh. Caroline waas not supposed to have seen that post. Tell her to pay no attention to that pillow. In fact, what pillow? I don't got no floofy blue pillows! Nope, not me, Nuh-uh.
