So Far So Good.

So my mom hasn't touched any of our stuff, thank Cod. She's got a couple of piles of stuff ready for Goodwilliam or some place like that, and she's filled a couple of trash bags too. Much to Caroline's chagrin, though, both Russell and PQ are not and will not be included in any of these piles. That silly girl.

We got two treats this morning! First, we saw a pair of northern flickers in a tree across the road. We haven't seen any of those in years! They talked to us for a little bit and then flew off. Then, Mom brought home a small bag of a new kind of food for us to try (Innovo Prime). She really got it for me but everybody had to have a taste or twelve. We all liked it and I think we might be switching to this once our Science Diet is finished up. (And maybe I won't have put on yet another pound when I get my checkup in January!)

  5. Great paw shot!

I'll have try Innova. I got bored with my Science Diet Light a few months ago, so the lady mixes a bunch of "this is expensive so you'd better eat it" kibbles in my bowl. Some I like better than others.

  6. We hopes your new foods work out. Those scales can be vishus. Ours makes Mommy cry. MOL!

  7. But William, would you rather have the Innova or the flickers for your next meal? (Oh right, you'd take both! So would we.)

  8. Oh William, what a smooth and ManCatly paw you have there. So assertive and commanding. Of course, Russell's jellybeans are showing so the Human is carrying on about that. He's lucky she can't really get to them to nibble on them cause she totally would. She doesn't know how your mom resists!

Hmmm. The Human bought me Innova before and I didn't care for it but that was B.T.* Now, A.T.*, I like everything! So maybe she'll buy some more.

  9. Yeah, what's the whole Date Line thing anyway? I mean I have enough trouble just learning Monday, Thursday, Tuesday and the rest of those days. And then they want to try to tell me it's Monday and Tuesday and probably Sunday somewhere all at the same time?! What--do they think I'm HG Wells or Einstein or sumfing?? I'm just a CAT for cryin' out loud!

  12. Adorable little paws!! Glad you like your new foods! We've not had that kind. Then again, we have to be careful of fish now with Leo, so it's hard to find something he CAN eat and WILL eat!

  17. Let us know how the new food goes. HB and I could stand to lose a few pounds, but it's hard when the girls are OK, and we don't like to eat alone.
