I Am Cranky.

This morning I overheard my mom make an appointment for me and Kangaroo Girl at the cat fix-it place for our shots. I am sick of shots. For the ninth time, I do not have rabies. I will never get rabies. And I don't want to get into that horrible, terrible troll box.

Everybody knows what happened last time I was forced into that horrible, terrible troll box.

I turned into a troll!

I am really very cranky.

  1. Aww, poor William! The troll box sounds terrible, and I don't blame you for not liking shots! Mom gets a medical waiver for me because I have low thyroid and she gets titer tests for me instead to make sure that I am still protected against disease but I don't have to get any more shots. But they do take my blood out to "test" it, and that's not super fun, either. I think these humans have their hearts in the right place, but still, I'd like to see how THEY would act if someone wanted to shoot THEM or take THEIR blood out! I bet they wouldn't like it either. The last time one of mom's friends kitties had to go to the cat fix it place he peed on him. Like a gallon or so! Mom's friend was very unhappy. But he was even MORE unhappy when he found out that his cell phone was in his pants pocket. He was even more unhappy than THAT when, about a week later, he discovered that although he had dried the phone off to the best of his ability, some had still gotten inside and corroded the whole inside of his phone and caused it to stop working. Just FYI - apparently cell phone warranties do not cover Acts Of Cat Pee ... so he had to buy a totally new phone. So maybe you could try that next time.

    Good luck, buddy!

  3. Just so long you turn back into a cat once you get home.

  4. Well, you never know - a rabid bat COULD get inside the house! But I totally understand - I hate going to the vet too.

  5. Hang in there, William. The human staff are doing the best they know how.

  6. It's OK to be a troll at the cat fix-it place, William. They expect it. You shouldn't have to get a rabies shot every year. I heard the guidelines said only every three years. Unless you plan to go out and hunt up a rabid bat or skunk or something.

  10. Oh no, not the dreaded vet place. We have heard that trolls are scary. Should we be scared of you?
