Thursday Wrap-Up.

So today should have been a mom-hunt-from-home day but it wasn't, so now I'm all confused. And then, somebody got stuck in the troll box late this afternoon and it wasn't me! I'll give you a hint, though...

Our dinner was late because of it. And then Pee Queen smelled so cat fix-it that no one ate except Russell (natch). He got all wound up when Mom wouldn't let him eat everybody else's tonight. Apparently yesterday's wolf-and-yak fest didn't leave a dent in his tiny mind.

Oh well. We have little lights on the tree Pee is checking out (it's silk, because my mom is totally on to all of us and live plants). Maybe I can talk Mom into adding some decorations to it, too (since she doesn't even put up the skinny Christmas tree since Russell came here...I don't know why, though). Have a happy and warm and decorative weekend, everybody!

  2. Gosh, we've missed all sorts of excitement at your house this week. We sure hope tour weekend is less, erm, eventful. Thank Cod your Mom is feeling better so she can herd Cats in Top Form.

  4. we have a fake tree like yours, too. It's missing more than a few leaves though. They are fun to pull off and bat around. Our never had lights on it, though

  5. We sure hope we get our tree up this weekend. So far we don't have much decorating up here. Silly humans.

  6. We don't get any holiday decorations. If'n we did they would all get chewed up. Between us and the woofies everything gets chewed up or peed on.

  8. We're being good with the tree this year -- at least for the moment! Our mom can just imagine why yours doesn't put up a tree. There have been some years in our house without a tree too. :-P

  9. We don't get a tree here either...mom says we are pretty bad and that we would only encourage the kittens. Why is that a problem??

  11. We agree. A few ornaments will make your silk tree more Christmas like.

  12. Suggestion: Get a 4'x4' piece of plywood. Bolt the stand into the plywood. Put it on folded blankets so the bolts dont scratch the floor.

Safe from knockover by the heaviest cats. Your on yer own with the decorations.

    ;)

  13. The boys at the Bridge ruined Christmas for us all! No decorations, nuffin. My mom considered getting a tree after the last one left us for the Bridge, but then she thought about Zoe.... so no trees. And we're normally not very understanding with Russell, but our mom says that both of us are bulimic, especially Zoe, so we can't really say much about frowing up unchewed foods. It just happens! Sorry, Miss Caroline, we'll have your back next week!

  16. Wow, such eggs-sitement at your house! I hope the PQ is okay after her traumatic trip! I'm so glad to see you all again!

And thanks for your purrs for Aggie and Wally's Dad--he's lots better!
