Monday Again.

So my mom got us a cat water fountain, mainly because of

.

It scared me and Russell at first, but now Olivia is the only one who won't drink from it and she's the one it's for! Sisters.

Aunt L and Uncle B arrived Saturday morning. I guess Russell was so mad with the wait that he snubbed Aunt L altogether! So he spent his precious visit loving on Uncle B. Brothers.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to summer being over and fall beginning! We want some cool weather action! Oh, and Mr. Spider's catch so far? A leaf and a whole bunch of little gnats. Maybe he should have picked a better locale.

(I bet he'd drink from the fountain.)

  2. It sounds to me like maybe Mr. Spider should be helped to a new home so that maybe he can catch some better prey and you can have your open window!

I would be more than happy to take him off your hands... ahem... cough, cough.

  4. Enjoy your fountain and the autumn coolth! We need to borrow Mr. Spider coz we're fly-wrangling round here, eeeeewwhew! I think Boris must have departed this mortal coil, coz this is the first year for yonks we have been plagued by flies.

You look so pensive - and handsome - in that photo dear William! :)xxx

  5. Perhaps the Kangaroo has objections to the fountain. Maybe Olivia has no choice!

  6. My Human told me that she actually considered buying one when she was at PetSmart this weekend. She thought better of it because she said I'm such a fraidy-cat I probably would never drink water again.

I'd be really insulted by that if it weren't so true.

  7. Fountains - seems a cat either loves them or hates them. I am glad at least some of you like it. But of course Olivia is the one who needs the extra water, right? Maybe she will come around.

I hope your weather turns to what you like.

  8. Hi William,
I had a water fountain when I was an only cat. I loved it but mom eventually took it away because she said I slobbered in it too much as she was having to clean it and put new filters in every 23 seconds. What else did she have to do? Have a great week all.

  11. I'm pretty sure Mr. Spider would drink from that fountain. I know Mom and Dad have considered a fountain for a while, but just haven't committed to it yet.

I'm glad your Mom is going to be getting treatment. Dad had her on his mind the other day, but he didn't want to pester her. Keep us updated.

  12. Stupid blogger just ate our comment. We said we think a fountain will be very good to drink from because we like drinking running water from the tap.
