It's me, Caroline!
Well, today I'm just really happy I have a nice dry home to live in. Last evening we got two inches of rain in a few hours, which is practically unheard of! Boy, it was pretty exciting, too. We felt like a little cat island in the middle of a lake!
We really needed the rain. And then it was nice and cool after. Ahhhh!
Please send the rain here when you're done with it.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds wonderful!
ReplyDeleteCooling air always makes us feel great~!!!
ReplyDeleteYay for the hots going away for a while!
ReplyDeleteRain is fun - if it's on the outside and we are on the inside.
ReplyDeleteI am glad you got all cooled off. That is great.
ReplyDeletePlease send some rain our way. This is the driest July in years and everything in our yard is dying.
ReplyDeleteWe got rain last night finally, too. It has been so dry here that Dad hasn't had to cut the grass in a month. I'm glad things are cooling down some for you too.

It must've felt good to be cool again.
ReplyDeleteWe like the smell of rain!
ReplyDeleteBut not the thunder.
You are so lucky to have gotten rain with the added bonus of cooling the hots off. We have the hots a lot here.

we thought you'd like Joel's middle name. it is also my grandpa's name (my daddy's daddy). I don't think he is our nose twin tho...
Thank you so much for the kind words of welcome to our little Baby Joel aka #2. We are so happy to have him home.
