Fear Factor.

I was visiting Petey's blog and read where there's a new member of the family. He said this happens every two years! Well, I got to thinking. I came to live with Mom in 2003, Olivia came in 2004 and Caroline came in 2005. Then I got to thinking that it's October again (when Olivia arrived) and November next (when Caroline arrived). THEN I caught Mom paying really close attention to the "Pets Of The Week" column in the newspaper where kids from the city shelter looking for homes are featured!

Do I have to worry for another month and a half?? I don't think I can stand it. My back is getting all pointy just thinking about it.

I'd better just grab a bite of food and then nap.

  1. Look out! When the humans leave in the morning the 3 of you need to lock them out until they understand enough is enough!

  4. Oh Willy, I hope your fears are unfounded. My Meowmie also goes through phases of reading the pet columns. Perhaps just hide these from view for a while, until the thought passes.

I have my own problems right now, perhaps you can offer some advice... see ya soon.

  5. Tell your mom that more cats means she is turning into the Crazy Cat Lady.

That's enough to scare my mom into keeping just Brach and I.

I'm still working on my strategy to get rid of Brach...

  8. Uh oh! There could be squillions of you! Fortunately we don't have to worry for awhile. Momma would never upset Georgia!

Georgia adds again. Apparently my moving in upset her. I don't understand. I LOVE my Georgia cat!

  15. Think on the bright side, if your mom does bring another one home, you only have three Brats to deal with. I have EIGHT pains in the tush to live with, not to mention the two stupid humans.

  16. Hi William,

Wellllll...lotsa kitties needs homes. Like I did. But since you already got a lot of kitties, it's hard to tell if you needs more or not. My mom says she misses Digby but she's glad I'm here. She told me to say hi to you and that you could give good lessons on how to keep TP and weatherstripping in line.

  18. I worry too that my Momma is going to bring in Lewis or Olivia-that-she-still-calls-puffalump a'cuz I came here in October of 1999 and it's October again and getting all cold and rainy and it breaks Momma's heart to see cold and wet kitties.
